The Client, by placing an order via email or phone, agrees that they accept the conditions of the rental agreement. Little Sleepover Tents will retain a booking form and signed terms and conditions agreement, which the Client will then be supplied an invoice as confirmation of their booking.

Rental Charges – Unless prior arrangements are made rental charges are for an overnight period. The rental charges are for the agreed period. If the equipment is unavailable for pick up or return, Little Sleepover Tents reserves the right to charge the Client for extra time as per the rate. If the Client chooses to postpone the rental of the equipment, cancellation charges will apply. See below.

Cancellation – A $50 booking fee will be charged at time of booking,  payable by check, cash or Venmo. If cancelled within the 7 day period this $50 will be forfeited.

Payment – Bookings are held upon request once $50 deposit is received. Payment of all rental charges are due at time of setup. Including a $50 refundable damage fee payable by check or cash only.

Set up times – Saturday will be from 10am – 4pm and you will be allocated a 2 hour window for arrival.  Friday setups are more flexible but pickup time on the Saturday will be between 10-noon. Sunday pickups will start from 11am. Alternate times can be discussed.

Receipt of Delivery – The Client is responsible for being present to accept delivery of the equipment. The Client is responsible for any loss or damage incurred if He/She arranges equipment to be delivered without being present or without an authorized agent present i.e. The Client is responsible for losses or damage resulting from equipment being delivered to an unattended premises or location as requested by the Client.

Positioning/Setting up of Equipment – The Client is responsible for indicating clearly the location of the assembly or dismantling of the equipment. Little Sleepover Tents will take every care, but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, site access, furniture or personal belongings.

All floor areas must be clean from dirt, dust & furniture before setup commences.

Use of Equipment – The Client is responsible for checking the quantity of rental items against the invoice/agreement upon delivery. Please notify Little Sleepover Tents immediately to advise of any discrepancy or damage discovered. Advice after the function will not be considered as advice and the Client will be liable for any loss or damage to the Equipment. Damage to rental equipment during use is the responsibility of the Client and the Client agrees that repair or replacement charges for damaged equipment will be made after the rental date. If at any time during the rental period the Client considers the equipment to be faulty, it is the Clients responsibility to contact Little Sleepover Tents to report the problem. Little Sleepover Tents reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty equipment as soon as practicable during the rental period to the reasonable satisfaction of the Client. The Client should not attempt to repair the equipment without prior consent. Little Sleepover Tents will not be liable for any loss, damage or expenditure incurred by the Client due to faulty equipment for any reason whatsoever. Please no jumping on air mattresses and no sitting/standing on tray tables.

Cleaning – A cleaning charge will be applied to all equipment returned dirty $10 per piece of equipment. This will apply to all rental equipment. Linen does not need to be washed, however if they are returned stained or excessively dirty a cleaning fee will apply. All rental equipment; linen and bed sheets need to be returned dry. If there has been a case of bed wetting there will be a $15 fee for cleaning of the mattress and other soiled materials.

Insurance – Insurance is the Client’s responsibility during the rental period. Little Sleepover Tents is not liable for any accidents that occur during said rental period. The Client accepts all liability when rental from Little Sleepover Tents. The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value.

Liability to Third Parties – Little Sleepover Tents will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to the property however caused unless it is proved that such injury was caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of the Little Sleepover Tents.

The following shall be considered the replacement value of rental equipment. Should an item be unrepairable or missing at time of pickup:

Tents – $25

Soiled Mattress – $10

Sheets – $5

Tray Tables – $15

Little Sleepover Tents should be kept away from any pets and situations where there might be smoking.
