Q. When booking a Little Sleepover Tents party, what is included?
A. All items listed in the standard package, including delivery, collection, assembly, styling.
Q. What payment is required?
A. We require a $50 deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid on sleepover date. Your $50 deposit is fully refundable if cancelled prior to 7 days before your party. If cancelled within 7 days of your party the $50 is non-refundable. A fully refundable security deposit of $50 is also payable at this time, payable by check or cash.
• All pets and smoking must be kept from contact with any Little Sleepover Tents rental equipment.
Q. Is there an age range for Little Sleepover Tents rental?
A. Yes, our Tents are not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
Q. Are Little Sleepover Tents for girls and boys?
A. Yes we have girl and boy themes.
Q. How are the Tents cleaned?
A. All sheets and tent covers are laundered after each rental using sensitive washing detergent. Any decorative pillows and decorative items are always disinfected and spot cleaned when necessary.
Q. Are the Tents waterproof?
A. No.
Q. Are your Tents available to purchase?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Do I need to supply power?
A. Some of or decorative lights require power. Our lanterns are battery powered.
Q. How do I book a party or rent equipment?
A. Simply, email contact@littlesleepovertents.com. All inquiries will be addressed within 24 hours.
Q. How much space will I need per Tent?

We can arrange the Tents in many configurations to make them fit together in any space. If you are unsure, please send us a picture of the space available or arrange a pre-visit (for an additional fee) and we can check out how they will fit, this needs to be done prior to 7 days before your party date to avoid the $50 cancellation penalty should they not fit.
Q. What is the rental period?
A. Standard rental period is approximately 19 hours.
For example: 2pm delivery and set up and 11am collection and pack up.
Longer rental times can be negotiated subject to availability.
Q. Can I rent Tents for more than one night?
A. This can be pre-arranged. Simply make a note with your enquiry.
Q. Where do you deliver?
A. Little Sleepover Tents delivers free of charge to homes in Lakeway, TX, Bee Cave, TX and Spicewood,TX (up to and including Cypress Hills.)
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. A minimum of 7 days notice must be given for requests to change the date of their rental booking. The customer’s request can then be granted if their preferred date is available. Cancellation within the 7 days will result in a forfeit of the $50 reservation deposit.
